Use Your Existing DocuSign Login

Don’t worry about memorizing a new password. If you’re already using DocuSign for eSignature, all you have to do is provide your DocuSign credentials one time to take advantage of Cartavi’s secure eSignature capability. The seamless integration between Cartavi and DocuSign makes managing eSignatures quick and easy.

Create Envelopes in Your Transaction Rooms

To eSign documents, you must create an eSignature envelope to house them. You can do that within any Transaction Room, and then send it to any participant within the room to be signed. Manage the envelopes you create and the ones in which you are participating simultaneously. You can quickly check the status of any envelope by selecting it from the list and reading the details displayed next to it.

Prepare Your Envelope for eSignature

To create the envelope, select the eSignatures tab within a Transaction Room, and then click Create to name the envelope and begin the process. Select the documents you wish to have eSigned and the participants within the Transaction Room who need to sign them. Then click Submit to DocuSign. This will take you to the DocuSign website, where you can tag and send the envelope to everyone to eSign or review. You will also be able to choose the order in which everyone acts.

Track Your Documents in Real Time

You can keep track of the documents’ signature status from within the Transaction Room or your dashboard when you log in to Cartavi using a web browser. Or you can choose to be notified via immediate text message or email when each party has eSigned.

When all documents have been signed and the envelope completed, digital copies of all signed documents and DocuSign’s Certificate of Completion will be automatically added to the Transaction Room. You will also be able to access a full activity log for each document.
