Your personal Inbox helps you keep your information much safer than your regular email application. It's also a convenient way to get documents into your Cartavi account when you're on the go. As with any other email account, all messages sent to your Cartavi email address are received in your Inbox. The difference is that your Cartavi Inbox will only accept the documents attached to an email—not the message within it. Learn more about the Inbox.

Share and Manage Documents in Your Transaction Rooms
Once you’re in a Transaction Room, tapping a document allows you to quickly share, fax, or email it to another person involved in the transaction. You can also copy or move it to another location, rename it, or even delete it with the touch of your finger.
Add People to Your Transaction Rooms
You can invite anyone involved in the transaction to join the room with a tap of your finger. Choose someone within your Cartavi network, or invite a non-Cartavi user via email. Once someone is added, you can immediately begin sharing documents with them.
Monitor Activity and Control Access
to Your Documents
You can easily manage the role and access rights of everyone in your Transaction Rooms. You decide which people in your transaction can access the document. Select a document and tap the Activity button to instantly see who has added, shared, viewed, received, copied, or sent the document.
